Download the full-sized photo file by clicking a thumbnail to view the picture and then choose the "download photo" link at the right.
If you would rather not have the full-sized file (quite large and slow downloading in many cases), you can right-click on the picture viewed on the computer screen (not the thumbnail) and choose "Save Image As". This is a low-quality jpg (approx 40KB, 600x400) suitable for a smaller picture view on the computer screen or perhaps a small print.
